Safe structures. Documented.
POJI delivers FEM and hand calculations for strength, pressure vessels and lifting tools. Calculated against applicable standards and with full CE documentation.

FEM analysis from component to system level
POJI performs stress, fatigue, life assessment of welded and cast products, and buckling analyses on individual components and complete assemblies using ANSYS Mechanical and RFEM. Every analysis is set up, run, and reviewed by experienced structural engineers. No black-box outputs, no outsourced work. We cover the full load spectrum: static loads, dynamic excitation, seismic loading, thermal effects, and combined load cases.

Broad industrial coverage, one point of contact
Our clients operate across multiple industries: marine, offshore, defence, mining, pulp and paper, and general mechanical engineering in the broadest sense. Assignments vary in complexity and scope, but the need is the same: independent technical verification that holds up under scrutiny. This may involve structural validation of a newly developed component, a calculation review ahead of certification, or a more comprehensive analysis assignment where we follow the project from load definition to an approved report. We work with both new development and existing structures, and we are accustomed to meeting the documentation and traceability requirements of regulated industries. Regardless of the sector, the starting point is the same: the right standard, the right method, and a result you can stand behind.
